Returns Policy

You may return any goods which are faulty or damaged (other than external
cases, which we will replace free of charge) when received by you, or where
the goods delivered do not match your order.  Goods must be unopened and
unused, unless the goods being returned are faulty.  We recommend you send
returns via an insured carrier, as Summerhouse Records will not be
responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Where the goods are faulty we will either supply a replacement copy of the
goods (postage & packing at our cost) or credit you with the price
including postage and packing (where only part of an order is being
returned we will credit a fair proportion of p&p).

If you wish to return goods please e-mail sales@summerhouserecords.co.uk
to let us know then return the goods and a copy of the receipt to the
address below within 30 days of receipt by you to the following address:

Please allow 21 days for processing of any returns.  

This policy does not affect your statutory rights including the right to
cancel set out above.

Non-delivery

In the event of non-delivery of goods after '21 days' has elapsed from your
order if you wish us to do so we will refund the cost of your purchase
including postage & packing (where only part of an order has not been
delivered we will credit a fair proportion of p&p).

Refunds

Please note, where you paid by credit card, the funds will be deposited
back in your credit card account.

Amendments

Summerhouse Records reserve the right to amend this policy at its
discretion.  Communication of any revised version shall be by posting on
the company's website at www.summerhouserecords.co.uk.
