SUMMERHOUSE RECORDS CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation

You have the right by law to cancel the contract the contract for the
purchase at any time up to seven working days after you receive the goods.
The goods must be unused, sealed and in good condition.  The purchase price
of the goods will be refunded, though not any postage & packing costs
incurred when we sent the goods to you or when you returned the goods to us.


If you wish to cancel the contract please e-mail
sales@summerhouserecords.co.uk  to let us know then return the goods and a
copy of the receipt to the address below:

Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or
damaged.  If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for
collection of the goods and charge the cost of collection to you.  When we
receive notice of your cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of
the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible and within 30
days in any event.
